Submissions
Here are some commonly asked questions that should help you if you would like to submit your music to 973FM. For other queries or special requests, please contact us using the details provided here.
When will my song be played?
- We air the songs on a shuffle, non-exclusive basis. We might add your song to either our regular rotation playlist (played throughout the day), or a specialty programme playlist (aired during a specific timeslot).
- If we add your song to our regular rotation playlist, we will schedule your song to be played about every 3 hours or so, for the first 2 weeks.
- If your song has been well-received by our listeners, we will put it on heavier rotation (more airplay).
How do I submit my song?
Please provide us with the following details:

We are also unable to add all submissions we have received into our playlist, for various reasons (e.g the style/genre of the song is not a suitable fit for our playlist).
- Your bio (genre / 'recommended if you like [artiste name]' / musical influences etc.)
- Artwork, link to website or facebook/youtube/soundcloud channel
- Your song(s) in MP3/AAC/FLAC/WAV format via your preferred file-hosting service (Google Drive/Dropbox/WeTransfer/Box.com/MEGA etc.) (minimum 256 or 320kbps quality)
